ApplyAnyway is a job search service that has not opened yet: there are no user accounts, and we collect nothing from visitors of this website. This page describes what we actually process today. A full policy will be published here before accounts open.

Who is responsible

The data controller is ApplyAnyway (sole proprietor); the formal legal entity will be named here before commercial launch. For anything privacy-related, write to support@applyanyway.app. Governing law: Portugal.

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. The only thing it keeps in your browser is your language preference (EN/RU) in localStorage. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages.

If you write to us

If you email us, we keep the correspondence in order to answer you and for as long as the conversation needs it. Ask us to delete it at any time.

People named in job postings

The service works with public job postings that employers publish on their own career sites and on job boards, and it sends job seekers back to the original posting. A posting sometimes contains the name or work contact details of a recruiter or hiring manager.

We use postings only to help people find jobs; we do not sell them or any personal details in them. If a posting contains your personal details and you want them removed from our service, write to support@applyanyway.app with a link to the posting, and we will remove them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct, export or delete it, at support@applyanyway.app. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Portugal that is the CNPD.

Changes

This policy will be replaced by a full one before the service opens. When it changes, we update this page and the date on it.
